Full time government minion and part time landlord (6 years).  I currently manage two  properties (1 townhouse and 1 condo).  I also help to manage a few family properties (1 SFH, and 3 condos) with siblings.  All properties are located on the island of Oahu, Hawaii.  Have also recently started researching niche and affiliate marketing on the Internet.

I hope that others will learn from my mistakes as a landlord, and become more aware of the issues involved.  For myself, I am using this blog as a way to force myself to learn about starting a business on the Internet, as I begin my research of SEO techniques, as well as niche and affiliate marketing methods on the net.
